Fort de' la riviere/Sospel €89

Located in the hinterland near Menton, Sospel will be a real surprise for you. With its Italian influences, its huge cathedral, its pretty streets and place, and of course the view of the mountain Sospel is a real curiosity. Then we will go to the Fort de la Revère, curiosity little known by tourists and yet beautiful. You have a beautiful view on the Italian border to Esterel.

Fireworks in Cannes €59

On 14 July, the French National Day, but also the World Fireworks Championships held in the impressive bay of Cannes. July 14 is the annual opening evening of the Art Festival pyrotechnics. Six already qualified countries participate in the championship and have a weekly music and water their show. This show brings together every year and every week more than 200,000 people on the Croisette, it is not so easy to get there by car, so Achilles, with its many years of experience in the region, offers its own shooter fireworks  that will delight you with its roadshow

 

Cassis and Bandol €69

Discover the “Calanques” only few kilometers from Marseille and the picturesque village of Cassis. Different from other villages in the Mediterranean, Cassis is a picturesque village where nothing has changed. No large yachts here but only small fishing boats. You will also find excellent restaurants, shops and cafes unusual. You will already be impressed by the village but the surprise does not stop there when you see the creeks that you can visit with a riverboat.

We continue our tour by visiting the city of Bandol in the Var department, other city that is definitely worth a visit. The vineyard is beautiful and the coastline is breathtaking. It’s not just the French president has his second home in the area.

 

Grottes de St-Cézaire €69

Come discover one of the most fabulous underground treasures of the French Riviera. For guests who just want something else than the splendour of the coast, there is still much to discover in the vast hinterland. Through a piece of the famous Route Napoleon, with beautiful panoramas, we drive the mountainous inland towards a mysterious attraction that is not in the travel guides and a true surprise for you will be. In 1890 the caves were accidentally discovered by a farmer who for years rocks collapsed on this place and yet even began to wonder how it could that the ' hole ' never full hit. Now more than 100 years later it receives more than 200,000 visitors per year, not least because of the enthusiastic guide Eric that fluent in French, German, English and even speaks Dutch!

 

St Raphaël / Cannes / Antibes €69

St Raphael is one of the most famous cities of tourists thanks to its rich history. We will visit shopping streets and then follow the Corniche d’Or in the direction of Cannes, another city known around the world through its Film Festival and Cannes, incomparable avenue of palms and breathable luxury and animation. To finish our tour we will stop at the Port of Antibes where you can admire the largest and most expensive yachts in the world along the Quai des Milliardaires.

 

Monté Carlo by night €59

Evening Monte Carlo as a count of fairies, with all its lights and glamor. Opposite the Casino the most expensive cars in the world love to be admired and it is not uncommon to come across footballers or known singers who enter or leave the Casino. After a walk through the streets of the city, you can drink on the terrace of the famous Café de Paris or why not go play some pieces on the many slot machines in the Casino.

 

Grasse / Gorges du Loup / Vence €69

We’ll first go to Grasse where we’ll enjoy a guided tour in one of Grasse’s famous perfume factories. Then we’ll make a beautifull trip through the cliffs and valleys of the Gorges du Loup towards the “eagle’s nest” Gourdon. The panorama from Gourdon is breathtaking. Then we’ll proceed to St-Paul-de-Vence, the pituresque village where artists such as Chagall, Monet and Picasso have worked and lived.

 

Nice, Eze and Monaco €79

Queen of the Riviera. This is the first city we visit. Promenade des Anglais, Cours Saleya market, there are many beautiful things to see. After Nice, we will follow the ledge to lead us to the village of Eze, with its impressive panoramic view. We will finish the visit to Monaco where your guide will let you admire the Palace, the Cathedral and the old Prince and Pricess are buried, as well as to discover the sublime parks. The variety of historic cities, fantastic views make this trip a real glamor epic.

 

St-Tropez and Port Grimaud €39

St-Tropez was before the popularity of Brigitte Bardot and Louis de Funes, a small fishing village. Now, it is the setting for many films and many famous artists spend their holidays here. Your guide will accompany Achilles during a walking tour in the harbor and offer to visit the old heart of town tourists still unknown.

After St-Tropez, we take a boat ride to Port Grimaud, the French Vienna.

 

The Gorges du Verdon €79

With a total length of 170 km, it takes its name from the color of its emerald waters. After Castellane (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence), he joined 30 km in a deep gash commonly called the Grand Canyon du Verdon. This gigantic notch whose depth varies between 250 and 750 meters and we believe sculpted by the gods, the result of the fantastic work of erosion on the limestone plateaux Verdon in Provence.

The Gorges du Verdon is one of the greatest natural wonders of Europe. Admire the beauty of the landscape, the green Verdon River and Green Lake St. Croix. You have the opportunity to swim, rent a pedal boat. The view is great.

Toulon €59

We'll arrive around 12.00 hrs in Toulon having a coffee/tea break. Once in Toulon there is time to visit the harbour or have lunch in one of its many restaurants. At 13.30 hrs we'll go on a boat trip in the habour to see the aircraft carriers Charles de Gaulle and Clemenceau of the French navy. After 1,5 hour we'll return to the shore were you cane take the 'petit train' that will take us all around Toulon. Then you'll have time to visit the beautiful old centre untill
17.00 hrs This trip includes the boat trip in the marine port, the “Petit train ”Is (excluding).

Ventigmiglia and Menton €69

Every Friday one of the largest outdoor markets of Europe takes place in Ventimiglia, just across the Italian border. Bargains in the field of leather goods, spirits, tobacco, clothing, etc. can be obtained. Then we proceed to Menton taking the coastal road with its wonderful views. Menton once was very much in favour of rich tourists and still has one of the most beautiful shores, beaches, boulevards, small squares and terraces on the French Riviera. There is time to swim or sunbath.
